Support legislation requiring all States to honor concealed carry permits issued by any other State.

Created by B.L. on December 04, 2015

The majority of States now issue concealed carry permits to anyone who is not disqualified by reason of prior arrests or serious mental health issues. A few States remain that do not issue concealed carry permits unless one can prove a need. This is nearly impossible in a few states.

Americans have a proud history of self reliance and individualism to include the ability to protect oneself and those in need. Citizens who are lawfully allowed, via meeting the criteria for a concealed carry permit, should have their permits recognized nationwide.

A lawful concealed carry permit holder could potentially stop a mass shooting that is underway before law enforcement arrives and save lives.
