Currently, senators and members of the house have their pension and health care costs paid for by the American people. In addition, they are immune from the effects of any bill that passes their desk. They are even immune from the SEC. Further, they are paid a pension to which they do not contribute. This, in light of their inept performance over the past 3 years.
I petition that these senators and representatives start paying for their own health care and start contributing to their own pension fund. They "don't have it coming." They are the employees of the American people and have been hired by us. Why should we support them in their retirement or pay for their medical bills especially considering the manner in which they treat the American people. Please sign right here.
