Support the limitation of campaign finance to taxpayer funds.

Created by J.W. on January 16, 2013

"That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection and security of the people, nation or community; and not for the particular emolument or advantage of any single man, family or set of men, who are a part only of that community."

The founders envisioned the electoral process to be representative of the voice of all the people not a select few. Therefore, all federal elections (House, Senate, and the Presidency) should be financed through taxpayer dollars only and to a specific amount thus removing the substantial influence of high-dollar donors and special interest groups. We as citizens all deserve equal influence upon the electoral process.
