Establish a mandatory locking/unlocking and tracking system to personalize the gun buyer/owners' use of handguns, assault weapons, high-capacity clips and body armor.This technology is already available in electronic passwords/face recognition software/GPS, cell phone technology and retail theft deterents. The use of technology would; make current Gun Laws enforceable with little added expense, hold Gun Manufacturers accountable for sales, and protect Gun Owners from simple theft. This Law could establish a possible NEW INDUSTRY for Gun Manufacturers to monitor their products similar to ON-STAR and Home Security systems.
