Help Mel from EL Greco Pizza save his properties from being stolen by Eminent Domain.
The Philadelphia RDA, Marwan Kreidie, Councilwoman Maria Quinones-Sanchez and the Arab American CDC/AL Aksa Mosque have taken title to Meletios Athanasiadis, owner of EL Greco Pizza's properties using Eminent Domain to build Low Income housing for Mosque Worshippers.
They sent him a letter on Dec 20th 2012 stating they had already taken title to his properties on the 18th. and would only be offering what they say they are worth, even less than he paid in 2004 after extensive improvements! This had to be done by 12/31/12 or the changes in the Eminent Domain law would have prevented them from being able to do this injustice!
