support that members of the houses of Congress own or rent real estate only in state represented.

Created by M.R. on February 01, 2013

If a person represents a state then that person should only reside in that state.

Mandating that a Senator or Representative own or rent real estate in their home state will ensure this.

Current members will have 1 year to dispose of real estate outside of home state to non family members.

In new elections all candidates must have disposed of real estate outside home state at least five (5) years prior to non family members
