The second amendment states that the rights to bear Arms shall not be infringed upon. The citizens of the United States should therefore be permitted to own any class of weaponry - tanks, surface to air missiles, nuclear arms.

If the founding fathers intended for every American to have weapons designed to fire upwards of 30 shots without reloading, why are we deprived the right to own other weapons which are designed to cause mass casualties?
