Too long has the canine spirit been diminished by the unequal and unfair representation in government; with that of his/her human counterpart. "Mans best friend," he/she has been thru (extremely biased, human controlled) history, helping hunt for his pack or community, always being excited upon arrival of companions and never showing judgement of the difference in the number of legs stood upon. Even so, the dog is oppressed to a life of inferiority by his "owners," lacking right to participate in the government which rules his existence. It's been noted with much certainty, that dogs are great judges of character- I would not believe any president, or decider of the fate of this countries fantastic population to be fit for his/her work without the consent of the noble canine population.
