Personal protection should not stop at ones doorstep or at the state line. This country is going through some changes and it is up to law abiding citizens to protect themselves wherever they are. If a person has a concealed carry permit in their home state they should be able to go anywhere in the US and feel safe and not worry about being arrested for breaking a law that is a bad law. The police are there after a crime is commited and by then it's too late. We need good guys with guns to protect each other. The criminals will always carry their guns across state lines.
