This will make the Gun Industry bear responsibility and pay for the predictable costs of sure to happen future gun violence incidents. This will make the Gun Industry more responsible and willing to cooperate in looking for ways to reduce the occurrence of gun violence incidents, because as long as the rest of society continues to pay these costs, the Industry will never be interested in looking for ways to reduce such incidents.
