Support nationwide E-Verify for all employees hired in the United States and allow states to enforce Immigration law.

At the current time, there is not a way to reliably determine whether a person applying for a job in the US is legally authorized to work here. Implementing E-Verify for all new hires, including "independent contractors" will be a way to do so without creating excessive regulation to business. Also, allowing states to enforce Immigration laws without threat of lawsuits from the Justice Department will enhance the Federal Government's attempts to decrease illegal immigration.
