November 5, 1990 you gave all employers a Tax Credit for $5,000 this tax credit has not gone in 23 years it has hurt people with disabilities and all employers under the Americans With Disabilities Act 1990 Title 1 Employment under IRS CODE Section 44 Congress broke there word toward people with disabilities and all employers what are you gong to do about the unemployment rate of people with disabilities I support more job training better wages under todays economy plus one job application on a employers website a written job decription on paper not on employers website not a contact when it comes to job duties make this permanent no second age questions on job applications no employer under reasonable accommodation about the name of disability
