Support Nurses, and the Family, as Primary Advocates in the all Health Care Delivery Systems.

Nurses provide multiple and valuable skills, we are the eyes and ears of the physician, we are competent, safe employees of our health care organizations, but most importantly, we are the advocates for our patients. We have a duty to see to the best needs of those we care for, support family needs, and be good stewards of our health care resources. Nurses need the support of our government resources to continue to be the voice for our patients and families, as we move into the new model of care that the Health Care Mandate will provide. I urge you to consider supporting Nursing Advocacy as a right that all of these committed healthcare providers and patients deserve.
