The American Government was set up to be dependent on the people alone. Over time we have allowed the system to become more and more skewed to the point where the majority of Americans no longer have faith in the integrity or capability of the federal government. This is evident in the abysmal approval rating of Congress, 18% according to a resent GALLUP poll. We have become a government of the money, for the money, and by the money; we need a reform to restore our government of the people, for the people, and by the people.
