Effective October 1, 2013 Tricare Prime is no longer accepted in parts of USA. Veterans and their families have to travel well over 75 miles to see a doctor. In order to go to Hospital or Emergency Care Facility one has to call PCM (75 miles away) or contact Health net to get a referral. Which could take who know how many hours/days.
