The United States was founded on many principals; one of the most important principals is that certain rights were to be federally protected, specifically those that are mentioned in the Constitution. Defending our rights against the will of local government has become insurmountable. We need the president to use his power of legal action.
Article 5: Section II
"The citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states."
The Supreme Court has continually reaffirmed that all Americans have the right to own and carry weapons for their protection and that of a free state.
We petition you to order the DOJ to bring lawsuit to any political subdivision that has enacted a law that would infringe of the free exercise of the 2nd Amendment.
