The whole world, including 69% of Israelis, support the two-state solution, i.e., statehood for Palestine. With the current Likud government in power in Israel, the only way to implement the two-state solution is through supporting the Palestinian bid for membership in the U.N., which will give them a valid position from which to negotiate final status issues with Israel. Supporting the Palestinian bid for membership in the U.N. is supporting non-violence and peace between Israel and Palestine.
