Hi, my name is Malka Nijjer founder of The Paw Project. I am eleven years old and am fighting to get an animal shelter in my hometown Kerman in California. We have kennels outdoors under a tarp. This provides no protection from the harsh weather outside including extreme temperatures year round. I have annual fundraisers and am constantly raising awareness about this issue.
