England, Scotland and Wales are historic countries in their own right. Scotland and Wales have recently gained democratic representation with their own parliaments, and Scotland is shortly going to have an opportunity to vote on their freedom.
The Obama Administration should support representatives of England, Wales and Scotland in holding similar referenda in the other nations of the UK.
