American corporations (profit-driven collectivist legal entities unaccountable to their public stakeholders) have been given rights far exceeding their original purpose of limited liability.
Corporate rights now meet and even vastly supersede the rights of natural persons -- as established by numerous controversial judicial decisions and chapter 11 of NAFTA.
We are now expected to accept that corporations are entitled to all the constitutional rights of natural persons (such as free speech) without being treated as such when they commit crimes -- eg: suffering incarceration or capital punishment.
Please support the People's Rights Amendment to limit corporate personhood and return corporations to their rightful place in America.
