Support population control!

I would like to suggest putting more value on reducing populating rather than promoting it. The best way to achieve this goal in my opinion would be to stop government funding to parents of whom wish to have it after three kids. The government gives the parents money every time people have kids, therefore giving incentive to produce more and more. The money comes out of tax payers pockets from money we do not have and encourages families to grow larger and larger. many of the worlds problems can be solved from this like for instance, resources, co2 emissions, disease, government spending and many other problems. I would also suggest that we give more free birth control away. Join me in the rally!
