support the proliferation of telecommuting aka working from home. Less gas burned, more energy independence, more family

Created by R.R. on December 11, 2012

Technology has advanced dramatically in recent years. To the point that many in the workforce can work at home. It is proposed that the American government take steps to hasten this process. With fewer commuters, there will be less foreign oil used, less carbon in the atmosphere, more leisurely and family time, less accidents, better gas mileage for those cars on the road and many more positives for the individual.

For businesses, their footprint would be smaller. Less office space, and less energy spent to run those offices. I propose tax incentives if needed to move this forward.
