We implore the President to listen to public school teachers and administrators from around the country. We are all trying to do what is best for students, but we are under siege. Mega-corporations like Pearson are lobbying to gain huge financial gain in testing materials and curriculum, while the most important education posts in the administration are given to non-educators or those who support privatization of schools. Please consider appointing individuals from public school systems as your education advisors.
