Recognition of Athesim as a valid religious designation in the USA will enable Federal and State Governments to effectively balance the demands of all beliefs in their laws and in their courts. With this designation, the government must carefully weigh whether rulings and laws unfairly give recognition to "Atheism" as an established religion, as stated in the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;..."
