We,the undersigned, formally request that federal and local government create financial incentives for people who recycle ,bike to and from work,and carpool.This would involve small financial for recycling paper,plastic,glass,and other recyclable household items.Also,larger incentives for companies that dispose of significant waste, to find ways to recycle their byproducts. A formal rebate program is necessary to motivate large scale change and protect our environment.
