Support a Red State Constitution for formation of a new government among those states wishing to succeed from the USA

Given the desire of hundreds of thousands of citizens in various states currently within the USA to succeed, this petition requires the current federal government of the United States of America to allow peaceful succession in states whose legislatures pass such succession legislation. Further this petition seeks to initiate discussion of a Red State Constitution for a constitutional government in those succeeding states.
