When the election system was instituted, it took several months to complete and even more time to notify voters of the results. In this age of almost instantaneous communication, we are still only allowed to affect our government at Election Time once every few YEARS. The American People deserve the opportunity to speak out! We need a process that will allow us to rid ourselves of poor government, and Congressional Representation, that cannot GET THE JOB DONE.
