The New United Republic,The African Americans Back to Africa Movement respectfully submits this petition for the recognition, support, blessings and help of the American Government and People in the establishment of a New Nation in West Africa for those African Americans willing to freely repatriate to their ancestral place of Domicile in West Africa. African Americans were "Ethnically Cleansed" from West Africa during the "Slave Trade". President Lincoln said after signing the Emancipation Proclamation, "I have urged the colonization of Negroes, and shall continue. My Emancipation Proclamation was linked with this plan". The New United Republic seeks the assistance from the U.S. proposed by President Lincoln. Please help restore African Americans to Africa!
