Under the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) all churches and houses of worship are expressly exempted from the requirement that they offer health insurance to their employees that includes any provision for contraception.
Other entities owned and operated by a church, such as schools, universities and hospitals, should be obligated to provide contraceptive coverage for their employees or lose their tax exempt status.
