To support repealing the 16th Amendment of the US Constitution.

We call on the POTUS to encourage Congress and the states to repeal the immoral 16th Amendment of the US Constitution (The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration). The income tax not only hurts families, but it stifles economic growth, AND is often used as a tool to silence opposition to the federal governments activities by way of 501c3's. Do away with the income tax all together and you get rid of 501c3's. People and business should be able to keep ALL of their earnings from where ever they get them, (provided it's not illegal activities).
