Freedom for the right to bear arms in self-defense and for sporting purposes while prohibiting the sale of assault weapons and magazines with a greater than 10 round capacity. Eliminate the CLASS 3 permits in all future firearm sales.
This is an approach to the ALL or NOTHING struggle for the second amendment. There are not enough sane participants in the discussion of this issue at this time. We should not allow extremists on either side of the issue to hijack it.
