It has been called as a sea of east not the sea of Japan
Japan, has no claim to Dokdo. Pre WW2 Korea held the island; post invasion and occupation Japan has stated the island is their sovereign territory. Invasion during war does not justify present day claim. Korea in the past and present has colonized the island.
