Support a standing peacekeeping force for the U.N and a stronger U.N

I have found that most of the world turns a blind eye to war and other problems in the world and I know that the U.N should have a Standing peacekeeping force and more power to stop these atrocity that are happening in the world. The world needs something like this and I think many American's would like that the U.N would do what it was created for and interven and stop wars and other problem instead of the U.S doing the things the U.N should be do. I feel that the U.N would be Unbiased in most cases and less likely to Choose sides. That's why I think this would be a good Idea for the Country and the world.
