In order to support territorial integrity of Ukraine -
- United States shall not recognize any documents issued by foreign governments on the territory of Ukraine (including Crimea) outside of official consular offices recognized by the government of Ukraine. This includes (but not limited to) domestic and international Passports, Drivers licenses, Birth certificates, Marriage certificates, College/school diplomas, property deeds etc.
- US will forbid any transaction with foreign banks operating in Ukraine without license from National Bank of Ukraine
- US will ban entry to the US of any non-Ukrainian citizens who visit Ukraine (including Crimea) bypassing official points of entry staffed by Ukrainian border guards.
