Support Unemployed Americans With Needed Financial Or Business Assistance During Questionably Hard Economic Times!

We would like to implement this petition and act in behalf of the U.S. Government for the many Americans who fall on hard times due to the economy. The Citizens who become unemployed and exhaust their UI benefits should receive additional assistance and services that are beneficial in their recovery, such as a: "Prestige Credit Loan or Grant" (PCL/PCG) for food, payments, expenses, working capital, etc.. The government allows a spending expense account that do not have to be given to the recipient. The U.S. will pay for things such as postage, advertising, fees, etc. directly for business or personal needs such as living and job search expenses to gather momentum, reach potential customers or make verifiable bill/note payments. Credit will be received up to certain amount and time period.
