It is proposed that a voucher shall be issued to every household with a registered voter over 21 years of age to be used towards the purchase of a shotgun manufactured in the US of primarily US components.
An additional voucher shall be made available in exchange for the surrender of assault style weapon(s).
This program shall include an educational element and require the purchaser to pass a basic gun safety class or aptitude test in place thereof.
The Vice President sums it up well, “Fire two blasts outside the house. I promise you, whoever is coming in is not gonna.”
