Mr. President, please enact reform that will prevent individuals who are inhabiting the United States illegally from voting in local, state, and national elections. The lax regulation on this subject in the majority of the country is patently unfair to individuals who are legal citizens of the United States, because their voices can be drowned out by those of individuals whose very presence within our borders is a violation of the laws that we live by.
