Support voluntary personal digital signature registration.

Created by K.L. on January 27, 2014

Every action requiring online accountability, begins with an individual. Digital signatures allow a private songwriter, code writer, or website owner - to protect their IP ownership, track usage for remuneration, and be publicly accountable. Corporate domain identity digital signature registrations are supported. However, corporate solutions need uniquely identifiable activity for GLBA, HIPAA, etc. compliance, and efficient trade agreement non-repudiation and forensic investigation. The lack of a digital signature should not prevent an individual's access to open/public resources/anonymous expression; but voluntary registration for public and private benefits of IP protection, accountability, and efficiency - takes fair steps towards dignity control and online trust.
