Promotion of Black businesses as the economic engine to revitalize Vine City and ML King Jr. Dr. in Atlanta, GA.

Creation of a recognizable Black oriented "Tourist Attraction"

Ability to revitalize community in images of it cultural past

Create viable local jobs for community residents

Atlanta Black business community has the talent and resource capability to lead such a project honed over 40 years as participants in the cities various Minority business development programs and projects.

Effort needs "INTENT" to move beyond typical view of Black businesses and utilizing the assets of this business segment to lead others toward the accomplishment of a city-wide project.

Must influence city business and political leadership of the great potential!
