The current ( mass incarceration flow - incarcerrhea ) of our system is safe to say needs a way out of the redundancy of the people who are released to a change of policy to diffuse the systems impossible at times to not fall back into the system from when realized from Incarcerrhea back into a onerous journey to face with the consequence of been that consequentional .
