Due to the unprecedented level of obstructionism endured by this administration and the American people, we would ask the president to consider making his appointment to to the Supreme Court during the current Senate recess. Republican leaders have already expressed a complete lack of interest in fulfilling their constitutional duty and will only attempt to delay the process for purely partisan reasons. Please spare the country the continuing embarrassment of their intransigence and lack of decorum. Thank you.
