Ever since the Orlando Nightclub Massacre, there have been a push to use the terror watch list and the No fly list as a type of list to use in background checks . But since it is shown that the list was Extrajudicial , both laws failed to pass. To pass"common sense" gun laws there must be a reform to these lists. Instead of unsuspecting American citizens getting on these lists, they should be informed when that happens and have the ability to challenge it in court. I believe when this is implemented, it will greatly increase the transparency of the US government when it concerns Terror Suspects.
