Supreme Court Reform: Term limits and removal

1) By legislation or amendment to the constitution, the Justices of the Supreme Court shall be limited to terms of 20 years.

2) The Chief Justice must be nominated from among the sitting justices.

3) Sitting justices may be removed using the same procedures as presidential impeachment.
