At the Supreme Court, sue to have the practice of the Indefinite Senate Filibuster declared unconstitutional.

The current senatorial filibuster rules are a clear constitutional violation. The constitution grants the senate the right to set its own rules, but requires that the passage or rejection to laws be by majority, not super-majority. The senate has abused its rule making authority to change this requirement in practice, as can be plainly seen in the debates on any issue in the last decades. Please sue before the supreme court to have it clearly codified that the rule making authority of the senate (and house) may not be used to explicitly or effectively alter the constitutional requirements for passage of bills.
