Children do not have the right to vote! They are dependants! Children make decisions without considering the full extent of their decisions. They make decisions with the goal of increasing pleasure or avoiding pain. If the Federal or State Government provides assistance to an individual, they should be treated as a child and not allowed to vote, because every decision will be made similar to a child.
