More than sufficient evidence has been gathered to warrant the arrest and indefinite imprisonment of the person known as "Barry Soetoro, a/k/a, Barack Hussein Obama", heretofore referred to as "said offending person", for the illegal occupation of the Office of The President of The United States of America and Crimes Against the American People.
Said offending person stands accused of the following acts:
False use of a Selective Service Card;
False use of Foreign Student Aid;
Conspiracy to Commit and Commission of Federal Election Fraud;
Conspiracy to Overthrow the Constitutional Government of the U.S.;
Theft of Public Funds;
Theft of Public Office;
Libel;
Slander;
Inciting to Riot;
Impersonation of Commander-In-Chief of U.S. Armed Forces:
Providing aid to known U.S. enemies.
