Survivor of a E-coli0157:H7 Why are large corporations such as Costco Wholesale Corporation cover up an E-coli outbreak?

I am petitioning the President and his staff to change the laws when large corporations such as my former employer Costco Wholesale Corporation cover-up a E-coli 0157:H7 outbreak. They discriminate against blacks when compensating them for their massive injuries. I am a victim and because of my race they falsified legal documents in my good name. Racism is still alive and well. They did not report this outbreak to the C.D.C. as per the law.
Please change the laws ? Because of their actions I am on the welfare. They compensated the Caucasian and did not compensate me. We all contracted the can be fatal bacteria from drinking contaminated ( cow fecal matter) bottled water on the job premises. Costco and their friends in high places have deep pockets. Please join me in this fight. Thank-you
