Suspend all federal government officials pay prior to suspending the pay of any active duty military members pay

This petition is to suspend the pay of all federal government employees such as congress, senate, president, vice president, etc. More specifically it is to suspend their pay until they pass a budget. They continually withhold active duty military members at the beginning of the fiscal year until a new budget is passed. The military doesn't shut down nor does the military members not have to go to work. Everything still goes on as normal but the military members cease to get paid until a new budget is passed. So the military members have to continue working without pay and have to rely on any savings or even get loans to pay bills. So why do the military members get penalized and are expected to continue doing their jobs without pay if those making the budget aren't do their jobs!
