On December 5th, 2012, California Attorney General Kamala Harris declared that local law enforcement agencies do not have to cooperate and/or hand over into custody illegal immigrants to the Federal Govt.
This petition is to suspend ALL Federal monies to the State of California immediately and indefinitely until they decide to enforce Federal Law.
