Limiting Foreign Aid while the US Government in running a deficit will force Congress to address key domestic economic issues before considering foreign requests. It should be incumbent upon elected officials to protect the financial future of our youth. To burden citizens of this country with futher dept due to foreign aid while we run a defcicit is unconscionable. Foreign Aid must be cut to zero before Social Security or Medicare are cut.
